Between us, we have close to 40 years as practising buyers agents. We have built agencies, worked side by side on television, grown separate businesses, and trained many buyers agents in our own business, some of whom have gone on to build profitable buyers agencies of their own. We have made the mistakes and found what works, in our own lives, not just in theory.
Now, for the first time, we are handing a small group of emerging agents the exact system we use.
Like guides who have walked this track many times, we know the fastest way up, so you can skip the trial and error, the wasted money, and the years most agents lose guessing.

How the year works
This is twelve months of coaching and mentoring, not a course you buy and forget. You get the full system in the member portal, and you get us guiding you through it.
We start by finding the single biggest constraint holding your business back right now, and fix that first. From there we work through the Ten Moves in the order that matters most for you, with regular group calls and check-ins to keep you on track.
In these foundational months, your coaches are Veronica and Bryce, directly.
Getting started
Normally $5,000 to enrol, then $1,000 a month across 12 months, $17,000 in total. The first 10 founding members get in for $6,500, paid once, upfront, covering your full first 12 months. Ten spots. One price. Never repeated.
We call it a profitable membership: it should make you far more than it costs.
The room is full of good people building good businesses. We hope you call it home for years.

From $10k to $20k a month.
From $20k to $30k a month.
…and beyond.
The first 60 days are a love-it-or-leave-it period.
We front-load the value, so by the end of two months you will know. If it is not right, for you or for us, we tear up the agreement and walk away as friends. Past that, we are both committed for the twelve months, building your business together. By then you will have had two full months of us, the system and the community, more than enough to decide.
