How it works

START is a 6-month program, and it starts the moment you join. Your access runs for those six months.

  • You are in straight away. The full system is waiting for you in the member portal, self-directed, so you can work through it at your own pace and come back to it whenever you need.

  • We show you where to begin. From day one we walk you through the first steps in order, so you are not staring at a library of material wondering which part matters. Your offer can be taking shape in your first week.

  • A monthly live Q&A call with us, to get your specific questions answered and keep you moving.

  • The community, and your squad. Everyone who joins in the same month is that month's START Squad, so you come in alongside a group at exactly your stage rather than on your own, and the wider community is there for the full six months.

How much time will this take?

If you can find two hours a week, you will get through it comfortably. Put in more and you will get to $10k sooner. Add an hour a month for the live Q&A with us.

And most of it is not homework. Building your offer, sorting your fees, running a client properly, that is the work of the business. We are just showing you how to do it well the first time instead of the fourth.

GROW runs on the same five parts you have just worked through, taken much deeper. Ten moves instead of eight, for agents building an established agency. So nothing you learn in START gets replaced later, it gets built on.

When you reach $10,000 a month and you are ready to build on that, GROW is the next step. And to make that step easy, we credit half your START fee, $1,650, toward your GROW enrolment.

GROW runs as a capped monthly squad, and places are limited. START members get first option. In your sixth month we come to you before we go to anyone else, so you are at the front of the queue rather than competing for a spot with people who are only just discovering us.
